Responsibilities:
​

Assist the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy Program Manager (DPM) with operations oversight in PMO office administration, Performance analysis, Quality control and training
-
Customarily and regularly direct the work of multiple full-time employees or their equivalent, may also direct the work of the subcontractors
-
Interacts with program and Government personnel to monitor emerging issues or inquiries
-
Communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
-
Define key performance indicators/metrics
-
Effectively analyze and interpret data. Show judgement and initiative to accomplish job duties
-
Document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations
-
Influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus
-
Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
-
Develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
-
Exhibit excellent ability in implementing program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality

Supports the PM and DPM in providing guidance on issues such as:

Contract Administration,
-
Occupational Health & Safety,
-
DHS Program Security,
-
Contractor and Subcontractor Training,
-
Quality Control,
-
Customer Service,
-
Daily Production, and
-
Meeting Staffing Requirements as required by the contract.

Develop and coordinate training programs and assists in performance assessments.

Aids the DPM to ensure training for all new Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and/or the senior site Functional Area Supervisors using the related SOP and other training tools and documentation as issued.
Education and Experience:
​
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or combination of education and experience
-
At least five years of operations or supply chain management preferred
-
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Required Skills/Abilities:
​

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
-
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications with heaviest emphasis on Microsoft Excel
Physical Requirements:
​

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
